Recruitment Director
As MentorMe continues to grow throughout West Michigan and beyond, we are seeking a passionate and mission-driven Recruitment Director to identify, recruit and help onboard Christ-centered Mentors and Guides who are called to walk alongside students through MentorMe.
This individual will build relationships with churches, pastors, ministry leaders, and community partners to increase awareness of MentorMe and expand the ministry’s network of qualified staff.
Development Director
As MentorMe continues to grow throughout West Michigan and beyond, we are seeking a passionate and mission-driven Development Director to cultivate financial partnerships, strengthen donor relationships, and expand awareness of the ministry.
This individual will play a key role in advancing MentorMe's mission by securing financial resources, developing strategic partnerships, and engaging churches, businesses, foundations, and individual supporters in the life-changing work of mentoring students.
